About the Role
As Senior Product Manager, AI Enabled Search at Homes.com, you will own the strategy and execution behind AI-powered search experiences on one of the fastest-growing residential real estate marketplaces. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Fort Myer, Arlington County, where you will partner with engineering, data science, and design teams to turn machine learning capabilities into search products that help home buyers and renters discover the right properties faster.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for AI-enabled search on Homes.com.
- Translate user needs into clear product requirements for search relevance, ranking, and discovery features.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and data science teams to deliver and refine machine learning-driven search experiences.
- Use analytics and customer insights to prioritize initiatives and measure product impact.
- Champion a customer-first approach that connects users with relevant properties, insights, and connections.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a product manager, ideally working on search, marketplace, or AI/ML-powered products.
- Strong ability to partner with technical teams and translate complex capabilities into user-facing value.
- Data-driven mindset with a track record of using insights to guide product decisions.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Passion for building products that improve how people discover real estate.
