Senior Artist Manager / Influencer Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital marketing organization seeking a Senior Artist Manager / Influencer Manager for their Berlin location. In this role, you will:

• Lead the team as primary point of contact for managed talent and influencers
• Acquire new partnership opportunities, prepare proposals, and manage incoming collaboration requests
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with brands, vendors, and service providers
• Develop content concepts and formats in collaboration with talent, supporting execution from ideation through delivery
• Coordinate between talent and partner organizations, schedule engagements, and ensure talent wellbeing
• Identify and recruit promising new talent for current and future campaigns and programs
• Foster forward-thinking approaches and create new opportunities beyond traditional artist representation

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in artist management, influencer marketing, or online marketing (digital agency, social media agency, or PR agency background)
• Strong interest and keen sense for current developments in the digital sector and consumer behavior, especially emerging trends and technologies
• Confident user of all major social media platforms and online communities
• Proven experience implementing and/or developing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
• High creativity and motivation to develop innovative solutions
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and collaborative team player mindset
• Passionate about organization and talent coordination
