Senior Account Executive – Healthcare

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential data intelligence organization seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive growth within the Healthcare & Life Sciences vertical. This enterprise sales role focuses on building relationships with large healthcare organizations, managing complex deal cycles, and serving as a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey.

Our client is a leader in data management solutions, and this position offers the opportunity to work with some of the largest healthcare and life sciences organizations while driving meaningful business impact.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for net new accounts and develop greenfield opportunities within the Healthcare & Life Sciences territory
• Build and maintain an active deal pipeline with appropriate quota coverage
• Manage complex sales cycles from lead origination through stakeholder mapping, negotiation, and close
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing customer accounts to widen solution footprint
• Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams in consultative sales processes
• Demonstrate value and ROI to support customer business needs
• Maintain accurate forecasting and real-time activity updates in CRM systems
• Travel as required to meet with prospects and customers

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record of consistently achieving or overachieving net new SaaS sales quotas
• Experience in the Data Management domain required
• Healthcare & Life Sciences vertical experience required
• Demonstrated success originating and navigating complex, direct sales cycles with multiple technical and business stakeholders
• Experience selling net-new business opportunities to C-level buyers in large enterprise accounts
• 2-4+ years of enterprise software sales experience with familiarity in corresponding sales methodologies
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related working experience
• Strong integrity and customer commitment
• Composed and focused in high-growth environments
• Precise communication and persuasive negotiation skills
• Adaptive, accountable, and execution-oriented approach

Pay

Base salary range: $140,000 - $175,000 per year, plus commission-based compensation. Final offers are based on experience, skills, and location. This role is also eligible for equity and additional benefits.
