About the Role
You'll work in our Operations department supporting daily production workflows during our peak season. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you're essential to keeping our facility running smoothly as we serve quality-focused customers who depend on our premium tomatoes and olive oil products. This is hands-on, hourly work that gives you real insight into how a professional food operation functions.
What You'll Do
- Support production line operations including receiving, sorting, and processing activities
- Document production data, inventory movements, and batch information accurately
- Help maintain quality standards by monitoring products and processes
- Prepare materials, supplies, and equipment for production shifts
- Organize and maintain clean, orderly work areas following food safety guidelines
- Coordinate with team members to achieve production targets and schedules
- Assist with shipping and receiving as operational needs require

Compensation
