About the Role

As a Senior Superintendent with Layton Construction Company, you'll lead mission-critical construction projects across multiple sites in and around Tulsa, Tulsa County. This travel-based position places you at the center of day-to-day field operations, where your expertise in project management, quality control, and team leadership directly impact project success and client satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Direct field coordination and supervise subcontracted work crews on active construction projects
• Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely project delivery
• Oversee quality control standards and ensure all work meets company and client specifications
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project status reports and field documentation
• Manage field budgets and implement cost-effective construction solutions
• Coordinate between subcontractors, suppliers, project teams, and clients
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure full compliance with industry regulations
• Resolve daily challenges to maintain project momentum and quality standards

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent in commercial or industrial construction
• Demonstrated ability to manage large subcontractor teams and multiple simultaneous work crews
• Strong command of construction methods, building codes, and industry best practices
• Proficiency reading construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications
• Experience with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills under pressure
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget
• Willingness to travel between project locations as needed
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
