This position provides direct patient care on a busy medical‑surgical unit, supporting a diverse patient population with acute and chronic conditions. What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, and implement evidence‑based interventions for medical‑surgical patients.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and respond promptly to changes in patient status.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate seamless care transitions.
• Educate patients and families on disease management, post‑operative instructions, and self‑care strategies.
• Maintain accurate electronic health record documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
• Participate in unit‑based quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety.

What We're Looking For

• Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of North Dakota (or eligibility for licensure).
• Minimum of one to two years of recent medical‑surgical nursing experience.
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record systems and standard bedside technologies.
• Commitment to delivering patient‑centered care with empathy and professionalism.
• Willingness to work a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required by the unit.
