Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize formulations for new and existing active ingredients used in crop protection products.
• Plan and conduct laboratory experiments, then evaluate formulation stability, performance, and physical properties.
• Document results thoroughly and communicate findings clearly across cross-functional project teams.
• Support the transition of formulations from bench-scale development toward production.
• Contribute scientific insight that helps bring safe, effective agricultural products to market.

Qualifications

• Background in chemistry, chemical engineering, formulation science, or a closely related scientific discipline.
• Hands-on laboratory experience, ideally with product or formulation development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and experimental-design capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and communicate technical results to varied audiences.
• Willingness to work on-site in Indianapolis, Marion County (this role is not remote).
