About the Role
We're looking for a licensed Physical Therapist ready for a short-term travel assignment in the Denver metro area. This is a full-time position running 40 hours per week on an 8-hour daily shift, beginning August 17, 2026. As a travel physical therapist, you'll provide direct patient care across various settings, bringing clinical expertise and flexibility to a dynamic healthcare environment.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-surgical conditions
- Design and implement individualized therapy plans based on patient assessment and clinical evidence
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols to achieve functional outcomes
- Document patient encounters, treatment progress, and outcomes accurately and timely
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients on exercises, ergonomics, and strategies to support recovery at home
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and facility standards
What We're Looking For
- Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in Colorado
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program with DPT degree
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
- Strong clinical skills and adaptability in fast-paced healthcare settings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Travel flexibility and willingness to relocate for the 13-week assignment
