What You'll Do
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and sequencing in collaboration with the Project Manager
- Support coordination between trades, subcontractors, and vendors on job sites
- Monitor project progress against schedules and budgets; identify and escalate variances
- Help maintain project documentation, RFIs, change orders, and daily reports
- Participate in safety planning, toolbox talks, and site inspections
- Support quality control and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
- Assist with material procurement, logistics, and resource allocation
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Willingness to relocate to project locations throughout the United States
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to read plans and specifications and understand construction processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software
- Detail-oriented approach to documentation and reporting
- Team-oriented mindset and professional work ethic
