About the Role
This full-time internship places you at the heart of All-Star Sports Academy's media production team in Chester County. You'll document athletic events, training sessions, and team accomplishments through both video and still photography, gaining hands-on experience in sports media production while supporting our mission to inspire the next generation of student-athletes.
What You'll Do
- Capture high-quality video footage and photographs at games, tournaments, and training sessions
- Operate professional cameras, lenses, and video equipment in live-action sports settings
- Edit footage and images for social media, promotional content, and archival purposes
- Collaborate with coaching and administrative staff to identify compelling content opportunities
- Organize and maintain digital asset libraries and media file management systems
- Produce highlight reels, promotional videos, and season recap content
- Develop proficiency with industry-standard editing and color-correction software
What We're Looking For
- Genuine enthusiasm for sports media and visual storytelling
- Hands-on experience operating DSLR or mirrorless cameras
- Basic to intermediate skill with video editing platforms such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or comparable software
- Strong command of composition, lighting, and narrative visual techniques
- Ability to work independently while receiving and executing creative direction
- Reliability, punctuality, and comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to professional-grade deliverables
