Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential client in the Mannheim area who needs an experienced SAP FI/CO Consultant to join their team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will:
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and end users, ensuring effective collaboration and communication
- Provide strategic guidance on system enhancements and process optimization initiatives
- Lead and support SAP FI/CO implementation and enhancement projects from initial planning through to successful delivery
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver customized SAP solutions that meet their financial reporting and controlling needs
- Deliver hands-on technical support and troubleshooting to maintain operational continuity
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on SAP FI/CO experience with strong knowledge of financial accounting and controlling processes
- Fluent German language skills (C1 level or higher) for client-facing communication
- Proven experience gathering and managing stakeholder requirements in enterprise environments
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and optimize SAP system performance
- SAP ABAP technical skills
- A proactive, solution-focused approach with genuine enthusiasm for process improvement
- Availability to work on-site in the Mannheim area two days per week (hybrid arrangement)
