About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential recruiting services organization seeking an experienced freelance recruiting professional to support their team in Düsseldorf. This role operates within an RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) model, where you will handle defined steps of the candidate engagement process without the burden of client acquisition or administrative tasks. You will focus purely on what you do best: recruiting and connecting with candidates.

This is a freelance position that offers structured work, clear processes, and the flexibility to work independently while being part of a professional recruiting operation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial telephone outreach and pre-qualification conversations with candidates
• Assess candidate profiles systematically against predefined criteria
• Forward qualified candidate profiles to team leadership
• Optionally conduct brief follow-up conversations with candidates
• Maintain focus on recruiting activities—no client acquisition or unrelated administrative work required
• Handle all candidate data in compliance with DSGVO (GDPR) regulations

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in recruiting or candidate qualification
• Professional and confident communication skills in candidate conversations
• Structured and reliable working style
• Genuine enjoyment of direct candidate contact
• Independent work approach with strong sense of responsibility
• Familiarity with DSGVO/GDPR and confidential handling of personal data
• German language proficiency required for this Düsseldorf-based role
