About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential cybersecurity organization in their search for a Salesforce Developer III based in the USA. Our client is a leader in network security solutions, and they need a seasoned Salesforce professional to design, develop, and implement customized solutions that drive business effectiveness across their platforms.
This is a hybrid/remote opportunity for an experienced developer who can translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions including Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning web components, and integrations
- Provide technical leadership, guiding best practices, code standards, and design decisions across development teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into maintainable Salesforce architectures
- Implement Salesforce customizations using both declarative tools (Flows) and programmatic solutions
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration tools
- Perform code reviews ensuring adherence to Salesforce development best practices and organizational standards
- Identify optimization opportunities within the Salesforce instance and implement performance enhancements
- Develop and execute unit tests, perform debugging, and support deployment through CI/CD pipelines
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for solutions, integrations, and system processes
- Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, new tools, and industry trends to deliver innovative solutions
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with expertise in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ
- Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using RESTful and SOAP APIs
- Solid understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits, best practices, and optimization techniques
- Proficiency with Salesforce deployment tools such as SFDX, Change Sets, Copado, and CI/CD pipelines
- Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (required)
- Proficiency in source control systems like Git
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification
- Experience with Boomi, Heroku, or other middleware tools
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture and data management best practices
- Experience delivering Salesforce solutions in large enterprise environments

Pay
The client's compensation range for this position is $130,000 - $149,000 annually, plus bonus and comprehensive benefits including health/dental/vision coverage, flexible PTO, 401k with employer match, educational reimbursement, parental leave, and more.
