About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential blockchain organization in their search for talented early-career professionals to join a structured accelerator program focused on compliance and sanctions. This 3-6 month program is based in Hong Kong or Singapore and offers hands-on experience in the digital assets sector.

Our client is a global leader in their space, and this role provides exposure to complex regulatory frameworks, sanctions screening, and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) compliance in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the compliance team with sanctions and CTF-related projects and ad-hoc tasks
• Research policies, sanctions laws, CTF regulations, and relevant compliance frameworks to inform organizational initiatives
• Assist in preparing internal compliance reports, including data compilation, collation, summarization, and proofreading
• Participate in training programs covering compliance topics and other areas relevant to your day-to-day work

What We're Looking For

• Current university students or recent graduates
• Major in Law, Economics, Social Science, or Business Administration
• Knowledge of financial crime compliance or law is preferred but not required
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
• Strong reading comprehension skills with the ability to understand complex regulatory and legal subjects
• Data-driven mindset with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work independently across different functions and geographic boundaries
• Learning agility with a critical and innovative approach to problem-solving
• Interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology
• Results-driven attitude with confidence and creative thinking
