About This Opportunity

We are representing a well-established creative and digital agency in Regensburg seeking a Project Assistant (m/f/d) for Web Development on a part-time basis. This role serves as the vital bridge between clients and development teams, combining technical knowledge with excellent communication skills in a collaborative environment.

Our client works with notable organizations across multiple sectors, delivering high-quality digital solutions built primarily on TYPO3 and Shopware platforms. This position offers direct client contact, genuine responsibility, and the opportunity to shape digital concepts from inception to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide competent technical support and consultation to clients on web projects
• Support existing projects including websites, e-commerce shops, and applications
• Collaborate on developing digital concepts based on TYPO3 and Shopware systems
• Manage and prioritize tasks and client requests with consideration for time and budget constraints
• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team including developers, creative staff, and content specialists
• Maintain website content and ensure project documentation is current

What We're Looking For

• Experience in agile project management or working within a web development or TYPO3 agency environment
• Strong ability to quickly identify client needs and goals, with the skill to respond appropriately in challenging situations
• Solution-oriented, analytical thinking with the ability to anticipate next steps
• Flexibility and openness to new methods and tools
• Understanding of design principles, user experience, and current digital trends
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence project management tools
• Hands-on experience with website content management
• Excellent communication skills in German (this is essential for direct client interaction)
