Sales Representative (Pine Buff, AR)

Sysco is seeking a dedicated Sales Representative for our White Hall, Jefferson County location to serve the food service and hospitality industry across the Pine Buff area. About the Role

As a Sales Representative at Sysco, you'll build and manage relationships with established and prospective food service customers, including restaurants, hospitality venues, and culinary operations. This full-time position is based in White Hall and covers the Pine Buff territory, requiring consistent in-person engagement with clients and partners.

What You'll Do

• Develop and expand customer accounts through proactive sales calls, presentations, and relationship management
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored food service solutions that drive profitability
• Manage territory sales pipeline and track performance against goals
• Partner with customers on menu development, inventory planning, and operational improvements
• Represent Sysco's product lines and capabilities to drive market penetration
• Maintain accurate account records and leverage CRM tools to support sales effectiveness

What We're Looking For

• Proven sales experience in food service, distribution, or related B2B environments
• Background as a restaurant manager, culinary professional, or chef (or equivalent customer-facing sales experience)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and meet sales targets
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout your assigned territory
• Organized, goal-oriented approach to sales planning and account development
