About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to help drive success at our Milton, Fulton County store. You'll work alongside the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, build a strong team, and ensure our customers receive outstanding service every visit.

What You'll Do

• Supervise store associates during assigned shifts, providing coaching and performance feedback to develop a high-performing team
• Oversee store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and stock rotation to maximize sales and reduce shrinkage
• Handle cash management, register operations, and financial reconciliation with accuracy
• Support opening and closing procedures, including security checks and loss prevention protocols
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve concerns to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations
• Contribute to visual merchandising and store cleanliness to create an inviting shopping environment
• Support promotional initiatives and help achieve store sales and performance targets
