Sales Account Executive

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential professional services organization seeking a Sales Account Executive in London. In this role, you will drive new revenue by identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities across multiple industries. Your day-to-day will include:

• Creating effective approaches to close new business and enhance client relationships
• Developing new client relationships via cold calling, internet research, networking events, and direct marketing
• Presenting solutions through one-on-one, group, online, and in-person meetings
• Quoting, managing, and billing projects daily while coordinating with production teams
• Providing customer support and managing client expectations throughout the sales cycle
• Promoting services by educating clients on capabilities, benefits, and competitive advantages
• Communicating professionally at all levels of seniority

What We're Looking For

Essential qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in a sales or client-facing role
• Excellent written and verbal proficiency in English
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Strong presentation skills, both in-person and online
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize, manage tasks, and work effectively in a team
• Eager to learn, embrace challenges, and driven to succeed

Preferred experience:

• Experience or interest in financial, professional, legal, or technology services
• Experience or interest in M&A or capital markets
