RTSM Specialist – UK – Remote

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential global clinical research organization seeking an RTSM Specialist to join their Clinical Systems team. This is a remote position based in the United Kingdom.

Our client is a midsize organization with a strong track record in clinical trials support, working across multiple therapeutic areas. Their Clinical Systems Department ensures seamless integration and optimal performance of randomization and trial supply management systems throughout study lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management oversight from project award through RTSM decommissioning, ensuring deliverables meet timeline and quality standards
• Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation for RTSM project activities with internal teams and sponsor study teams
• Coordinate timely delivery of project communications including status reports, meeting agendas, minutes, and scheduling
• Manage overall RTSM project budgets and ensure accurate vendor work orders for assigned studies
• Design RTSM study specifications and write or review User Requirements Specifications (URS)
• Perform financial review and budget management, including review of Change Orders
• Ensure systems are developed to study specifications, fully integrated, and well-maintained throughout the study lifecycle

What We're Looking For

Required Experience:

• Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent demonstrated experience
• Minimum 2 years RTSM experience
• Minimum 1 year project management experience
• Minimum 5 years experience in CRO or pharmaceutical environment
• Familiarity with RTSM topics including study design, randomization methodologies, and just-in-time drug supply
• Understanding of clinical trials, blinding, patient safety, data integrity, and associated regulations
• Proven ability to manage delivery of RTSM solutions deployed in clinical trials

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Proficient client-facing abilities
• Proficient in common office software
• High attention to detail with ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-motivated team player who can work independently and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible, creative, and able to adapt to new technologies and processes
