RCM Training Specialist

Overview

We are representing a confidential healthcare technology organization in their search for an RCM Training Specialist. Our client empowers healthcare providers with data-driven revenue cycle management solutions that improve operational outcomes across the industry.

In this role, you'll design and deliver comprehensive training programs for clients and partners, creating engaging educational experiences that drive product adoption and operational excellence. You'll develop multi-faceted learning initiatives using both synchronous and asynchronous methods, ensuring users maximize the value of revenue cycle management applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for clients and partners using diverse delivery methods
• Create effective training materials including user guides, job aids, and visual resources
• Deliver end-to-end training and new release training for revenue cycle management applications
• Facilitate both small and large customer training sessions with appropriate methodology
• Record and edit training sessions, e-learnings, and product releases; upload content to the LMS
• Oversee timely updates of reference guides and online resources
• Leverage metrics from assessments, surveys, and individual sessions to identify and implement program improvements
• Provide management feedback regarding customer learning progress
• Work independently and collaboratively to design engaging solutions for internal teams
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA requirements and confidentiality standards

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of learning and development expertise with direct experience creating and delivering educational curriculum
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio)
• Intermediate skill level with authoring tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Articulate Storyline, and Camtasia Studio
• Skilled user of CRM applications such as Salesforce
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to assess problems and communicate solutions effectively
• Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail and ability to prioritize
• Ability to work independently while assisting others as needed
• Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) is a plus
• Healthcare EDI knowledge (ANSI X12, 835, 837, 270/271) is a plus
• HIPAA transaction code set knowledge is a plus

Work Environment: This is a remote position based in the United States with sedentary work requirements and less than 5% travel expected.
