Revenue Manager Sales Performance (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential renewable energy organization seeking a Revenue Manager for Sales Performance to join their team in Essen. This is a hands-on operational role where you'll work directly with sales leadership to turn data into action and drive measurable performance improvements across a sales location.

This isn't a traditional analyst position. You'll be embedded in daily operations, partnering closely with site leaders and team managers to identify performance gaps, implement concrete measures, and track results until they deliver impact.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales KPIs and funnel performance to identify opportunities and bottlenecks
• Pinpoint specific performance gaps and actionable levers for improvement
• Develop and implement operational measures to close performance gaps
• Serve as a strategic sparring partner to site leadership, unit leads, and team managers
• Track initiatives from launch through to measurable results
• Enhance dashboards, KPI review processes, and performance transparency tools
• Challenge existing processes and drive continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

• Several years of experience in a performance-driven environment
• Strong analytical capabilities and solid understanding of KPIs
• Proficiency in Excel; Power BI experience is a plus
• Understanding of sales funnels and sales operations management
• Confident presence and excellent communication skills
• High degree of personal accountability, speed, and execution strength
• Eagerness to challenge the status quo and take ownership
• Fluency in German and English
