Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential facilities management organization in Berlin that is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician (Hausmeister Haustechnik) to join their team. In this role, you will:

• Oversee building systems and technical installations to ensure reliable operations
• Conduct regular inspection rounds and control checks to identify technical issues early
• Perform minor repairs and assist with maintenance and upkeep of building systems
• Report and coordinate necessary repairs in collaboration with facility management
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and reliable execution of technical services
• Maintain a permanently assigned office building in a central Berlin location

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking a candidate with the following qualifications:

• Completed vocational training in a technical trade such as HVAC mechanic, electrical systems technician, or mechatronics
• Professional experience as a building technician, technical facility manager, or systems mechanic maintaining buildings and technical installations
• Knowledge in areas such as plumbing, heating, ventilation, cooling, or electrical systems
• Basic computer skills including MS Office proficiency
• Valid Class B driver's license
• Strong hands-on technical skills with a structured and independent working style
• Service-oriented approach with strong customer relations abilities

Work arrangement: Full-time position, Monday to Friday with regular working hours. The building is centrally located in Berlin with excellent public transport connections.
