Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential organization in Dresden seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator. In this role, you will maintain and develop the existing IT infrastructure while ensuring reliable system operations.

• Administer Windows and Linux environments, Active Directory, and support virtualized systems
• Analyze technical requirements and contribute to the implementation and advancement of IT solutions
• Support the development of efficient IT structures and enhance existing processes with a user-oriented approach
• Take ownership of IT projects and collaborate closely with internal departments and IT stakeholders
• Ensure continuous improvement of IT infrastructure and service delivery

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable IT discipline, or equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience
• Several years of experience as an IT Systems Administrator or System Administrator managing IT infrastructures
• Practical knowledge of Windows, Linux, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies
• Broad understanding of common IT technologies and infrastructure components
• Initial experience in developing IT structures and user-focused processes
• Strong German and English language skills
• Self-motivated with an independent and team-oriented working style
• Enthusiasm for driving IT projects and continuous improvements
