Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) Fonds-Immobiliengesellschaft

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential real estate fund organization in Munich seeking an experienced accounting professional. In this role, you will:

• Manage ongoing bookkeeping and accounting for multiple fund and real estate entities, particularly structured as GmbH and GmbH & Co. KG
• Handle complex corporate structures including multi-tier participation models
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with independent assessment of the entities under your care
• Create financial statements according to HGB standards; experience with KAGB reporting requirements is highly valued
• Ensure timely preparation of internal and external reports and evaluations
• Develop earnings forecasts, projections, and comprehensive plan-versus-actual analyses
• Serve as the point of contact with auditors, business partners, and internal stakeholders on accounting and balance sheet matters
• Actively participate in resolving complex accounting issues and maintain reliable financial data

What We're Looking For

• Completed qualification as Bilanzbuchhalter (IHK) or training as Steuerfachangestellter
• Several years of professional experience in financial and general ledger accounting
• Mastery of all accounting areas including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed assets
• Proven ability to independently prepare and manage annual financial statements according to HGB
• Knowledge of KAGB or fund/capital management company accounting is a strong advantage
• Proficient use of MS Office applications; SAP experience is beneficial
• Conscientious, structured, and independent working style
• Strong team player who remains organized and focused even with demanding topics
• Pragmatic, solution-oriented approach to new challenges
