Retail Promoter (m/w/d) – Werkstudent / Teilzeit, 16 Std./Woche (ab Januar)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential retail marketing organization seeking a Retail Promoter to work Fridays and Saturdays (16 hours per week, starting January) in Düsseldorf. This role is ideal for working students or anyone interested in consumer technology and face-to-face customer engagement.

As a Retail Promoter, you will be the face of leading tech brands in-store, demonstrating innovative consumer technology products, advising customers, and driving product understanding and sales through engaging presentations and consultations.

Responsibilities

• Proactively approach customers in-store and generate enthusiasm for products
• Conduct product demonstrations and consultation sessions
• Support sales efforts and strengthen brand presence at retail locations
• Ensure optimal product presentation at point-of-sale
• Record activities and results through a digital reporting system
• Communicate customer feedback and market insights to the project team

What We're Looking For

Experience & Background:

• Previous experience in sales, promotion, retail, or customer service is advantageous
• Interest in consumer technology products and new technologies
• Experience in direct customer contact is a plus
• English language skills are beneficial
