Retail Promoter (m/w/d) – Werkstudent / Teilzeit, 16 Std./Woche (ab Januar)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential retail client seeking a Retail Promoter to work Fridays and Saturdays in-store. You will serve as the face of the brand, engaging customers with innovative consumer tech products, conducting product demonstrations, and actively supporting sales initiatives.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Proactively approaching customers in-store and generating enthusiasm for products
• Conducting product demonstrations and consultative sales conversations
• Supporting sales targets and strengthening brand presence at point of sale
• Ensuring optimal product presentation and merchandising standards
• Recording activities and results through a digital reporting system
• Gathering customer feedback and market intelligence for the project team

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks someone who enjoys working with people, explaining products, and engaging with confidence. This role is ideal for working students, though it's open to anyone enthusiastic about retail promotion.

Experience & Education:

• Prior experience in sales, promotion, retail, or customer service advantageous
• Interest in consumer tech products and new technologies
• Direct customer contact experience is a plus
• English language skills beneficial
