Continental seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Compiègne, Hauts-de-France. In this full-time role, you will lead strategic HR initiatives and contribute to the success of our diverse, international workforce within our industrial operations.

Role Overview

As HR Manager at Continental in Compiègne, you will be responsible for developing and implementing human resources strategies that support business objectives and foster a positive workplace culture. Core Duties

• Lead performance management initiatives and appraisal processes
• Ensure workplace compliance with labour regulations and company policies
• Support team leaders in managing workforce planning and organisational development

What We're Looking For

• Qualified HR professional with proven experience in human resources management
• Strong knowledge of French employment law and international HR practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and French
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple HR projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and HR administration tools
• Strategic mindset with ability to translate HR initiatives into business impact
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
