About the Role

As the Director of Revenue Growth Management at fairlife in Chicago, Cook County, you will own the strategy that maximizes profitable growth across fairlife's portfolio of high-protein, lactose-free dairy products. This on-site position partners closely with sales, finance, and marketing to translate consumer and category insights into pricing, promotion, and mix decisions that drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead the revenue growth management agenda across pricing, trade promotion, product mix, and pack architecture.
• Turn category, shopper, and financial data into actionable recommendations that improve net revenue and margin.
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to align commercial plans with company growth targets.
• Develop frameworks, dashboards, and tools that strengthen how the organization measures and optimizes revenue.
• Coach and guide cross-functional partners to embed RGM principles into everyday decision-making.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in revenue growth management, pricing, trade strategy, or commercial finance, ideally within consumer packaged goods or food and beverage.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret syndicated and financial data and convert it into clear strategy.
• Demonstrated leadership influencing senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Excellent communication skills and a track record of delivering profitable growth.
• Willingness to work on-site at fairlife's Chicago location.
