About the Role
Working with the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR), the Equipment Operator A contributes directly to the upkeep and safety of the Presque Isle and Erie Bluffs State Park complex. Based in West End, Dauphin County, this hands-on position blends machine operation with general park maintenance and plenty of time spent working outdoors. Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate equipment and machinery used in routine park maintenance and grounds care.
- Support the day-to-day operations that keep one of Pennsylvania's most-visited state parks running smoothly.
- Carry out general maintenance tasks across the Presque Isle and Erie Bluffs State Park complex.
- Help uphold the appearance, cleanliness, and safety of park facilities and outdoor spaces.
