About the Role
As a Leasing Specialist at Leon Creek Flats, you'll be the welcoming face residents and prospects meet first. Reporting on-site in Bexar County, you'll guide future tenants through the leasing journey while helping maintain a thriving, fully occupied community. This is an in-person, full-time position with pay of up to $20.00 per hour, set according to your experience, certifications, education, and skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, and highlight the features of Leon Creek Flats.
- Process rental applications and verify eligibility in accordance with tax credit program requirements.
- Prepare, review, and finalize lease agreements with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Build rapport with current residents and support strong retention and renewal efforts.
- Maintain leasing records, occupancy reports, and resident files in compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate with the on-site team to keep the community fully leased and well presented.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in apartment leasing, customer service, or sales is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with tax credit (LIHTC) properties is a plus.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing paperwork and deadlines.
- Available to work full-time on-site at the Lackland Air Force Base location in Bexar County.
