EverCommerce (Nasdaq: EVCM) is hiring a full-time Analyst, Growth to join its team in New Haven, New Haven County — a high-impact role at the intersection of data, strategy, and product-led growth.

About the Role

As a Growth Analyst at EverCommerce, you'll be embedded in a team focused on accelerating customer acquisition, deepening retention, and expanding revenue across a platform that serves more than 690,000 service-based businesses worldwide. You'll translate complex data into clear, actionable strategies that directly shape how EverCommerce grows.

What You'll Do

• Monitor and report on core growth metrics — acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and revenue — surfacing trends and opportunities across business segments
• Design and analyze A/B tests and growth experiments, drawing statistically sound conclusions that inform product and marketing decisions
• Build and maintain dashboards and automated reporting that give stakeholders real-time visibility into performance
• Conduct funnel, cohort, and lifecycle analyses to identify friction points and high-value optimization levers
• Partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales teams to develop and test growth hypotheses
• Synthesize findings into concise presentations and recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences

What We're Looking For

• Proven analytical skills with experience working in a SaaS or technology environment
• Strong proficiency in SQL and comfort with large, complex datasets
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms
• Experience designing or interpreting A/B tests and a solid grasp of statistical significance
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels
• Intellectual curiosity and a bias toward action — you ask hard questions and follow the data
