About the Role
As an Educational Technician III focused on Early Literacy, you will work under the guidance of the Talbot Community School Principal to support classroom instruction and reinforce foundational reading skills. This is a full-time, in-person position based in the United States, ideal for a dedicated paraeducator who thrives in a collaborative elementary school setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist teachers in delivering early literacy lessons that strengthen phonics, decoding, vocabulary, and comprehension.
- Provide individualized and small-group support to students developing essential reading skills.

- Carry out instructional and supervisory duties as directed by the Principal and supporting staff.

Qualifications
