We are representing a confidential client in the electrical products industry seeking a Residential Sales Specialist to drive growth in a defined U.S. territory. This remote role focuses on expanding market presence for residential electrical solutions through distribution channels and contractor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Engage and maintain relationships with electrical contractors, builders, and channel partners to expand market reach
• Drive increased market penetration for residential product lines within assigned geography
• Collaborate with product marketing teams on market feedback, new product launches, pricing strategy, and future product development
• Serve as product champion and technical expert for the residential segment by educating channel partners and customers on current and upcoming products
• Monitor competitive landscape and effectively communicate the client's unique value proposition
• Provide market intelligence and trend analysis to inform strategic decisions

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years in residential electrical products or construction, including technical sales or field sales experience
• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of electrical codes specific to geographic areas is a strong advantage
• Skills: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with contractors, distributors, and builders
• Communication: Strong presentation and training capabilities to educate partners on technical products
• Work Authorization: Candidates must currently possess work authorization to work in the United States
• Location: Remote position; Atlanta, GA area preferred but not required
