Research & Outreach Specialist (B2B Partnerships, PR)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential technology company seeking a Research & Outreach Specialist to drive B2B partnerships and PR initiatives. In this role, you will identify and engage with publications, blogs, newsletters, influencers, and strategic partners that align with our client's messaging and target audience. Your primary focus will be building relationships to secure guest posts, media features, backlinks, and collaborative partnerships.

Your day-to-day work will include:

• Conducting in-depth research on companies, industries, competitors, AI trends, publications, communities, influencers, and technology ecosystems
• Identifying partnership, collaboration, sponsorship, and business development opportunities across multiple channels
• Building and maintaining prospect databases using CRM and research tools
• Executing personalized email, LinkedIn, and multi-channel outreach campaigns to founders, executives, partners, journalists, editors, and community leaders
• Researching and engaging with Tier-1, Tier-2, and niche B2B publications, technology blogs, newsletters, podcasts, and media outlets
• Pitching guest articles, thought leadership content, executive interviews, case studies, and company announcements
• Coordinating the end-to-end publication process from outreach through content submission and publication tracking
• Developing partnerships with AI communities, developer communities, SaaS platforms, and industry associations
• Tracking outreach KPIs including response rates, meetings booked, partnerships initiated, publication placements, and engagement metrics

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in research, outreach, partnership development, or PR roles, ideally in B2B or technology environments
• Strong research skills with ability to identify relevant publications, influencers, and partnership opportunities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for personalized outreach and relationship building
• Experience with CRM systems and outreach tools for managing campaigns and tracking performance
• Understanding of B2B media landscapes, technology publications, and digital PR strategies
• Ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously with strong organizational skills
• Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently and take initiative
• Data-driven approach to optimizing outreach strategies and measuring campaign success
• Familiarity with AI trends, technology ecosystems, and B2B SaaS markets is a plus
• Based in or able to work from Poland
