About the Positions
We're seeking experienced professionals across our Guidewire PolicyCenter practice, including solution architects, technical leads, senior developers, product owners, and business analysts. You'll work on transformative policy administration solutions serving leading insurance carriers.
What You'll Do
- Architect, design, and build PolicyCenter solutions aligned with insurance carriers' strategic goals
- Lead technical initiatives, establish architectural standards, and mentor team members
- Translate business needs into scalable, maintainable technical implementations
- Develop custom PolicyCenter features, integrations, and configurations
- Optimize system performance, security, and compliance across implementations
- Collaborate with internal and client teams throughout the solution lifecycle
What We're Looking For
- Extensive, hands-on experience with the Guidewire PolicyCenter platform
- Deep knowledge of insurance policy administration business processes
- Proven technical expertise in architecture, development, or business analysis
- Success managing complex implementations and cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and client partnership skills
- ACE certification preferred for architect and technical lead roles
