Remote Customer Care Specialist mit Deutsch und Englisch (Sofia, Bulgaria, BG)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential BPO organization seeking a Remote Customer Care Specialist fluent in German and English, based in Sofia, Bulgaria.

In this role, you will:

• Handle and resolve customer inquiries via phone and email in German and English
• Take ownership of situations and make informed decisions to resolve customer contacts effectively
• Advise and inform customers about products and services while meeting departmental productivity and quality standards
• Process customer requests accurately and promptly according to predefined rules, escalating when necessary
• Identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions aligned with key performance indicators
• Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to update electronic records with precision
• Provide proactive support to colleagues and collaborate within the team environment

What We're Looking For

• Excellent command of German (C1 level required)
• Strong English language skills (minimum B2 level)
• Previous contact center or customer-facing experience is advantageous
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes in products, procedures, and technologies
• Demonstrated excellent attendance record and time management skills
• Solid computer proficiency
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria
