Remote Client Onboarding Specialist (AI Tools)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI solutions organization that is expanding their client success operations. Our talent team is seeking a Remote Client Onboarding Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during their transition from sales to implementation. This is a fully remote, full-time position working U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

In this role, you will manage the complete onboarding experience—conducting virtual meetings, gathering business requirements, explaining technology solutions in accessible terms, and ensuring clients feel supported and confident throughout the process. Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding meetings with new clients via Zoom and guide them through intake processes and forms
• Gather client requirements and communicate key information to internal implementation teams
• Explain AI solutions, processes, and expectations in clear, client-friendly language
• Serve as the primary point of contact during the onboarding journey, ensuring clients feel informed and supported
• Maintain accurate client records and onboarding documentation within CRM and internal systems
• Coordinate across internal teams to ensure smooth transitions and timely onboarding completion
• Follow up with clients to gather required information and keep projects on track
• Assist with customer support inquiries and ongoing client communication as needed
• Develop and maintain a working understanding of the organization's AI solutions and service offerings

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience in intake, onboarding, customer service, or a client-facing role
• Proficient English communication skills (written and spoken) with excellent interpersonal abilities
• Tech-savvy professional comfortable discussing AI tools and technology-related concepts with clients
• Ability to conduct professional virtual meetings independently via Zoom
• Highly organized, dependable, and professional with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with or knowledge of AI tools and technologies is highly preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and standard business tools
• Ability to quickly learn new systems, software, and workflows with minimal supervision
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and solution-oriented with a positive attitude
• Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time (New York) business hours consistently

Pay
