Vystarcu is hiring a Relationship Specialist I at our Ponte Vedra, FL – Nocatee location. This is a full-time, on-site position where you'll help members build stronger financial futures through personalized service and expert guidance.

As a Relationship Specialist I, you'll be the trusted point of contact for members seeking financial solutions. Your day involves opening new accounts, explaining product features, processing transactions, and identifying opportunities to connect members with services that match their goals. You're the foundation of member satisfaction—greeting visitors, answering phones, and ensuring every interaction reflects Vystarcu's commitment to excellence.

Core Duties

• Greet members and visitors with professionalism and warmth, creating a welcoming branch environment
• Process account openings, closures, and maintenance transactions accurately and efficiently
• Answer member inquiries about accounts, services, fees, and policies with clarity and confidence
• Handle cash transactions, deposits, and withdrawals following all operational procedures
• Cross-sell appropriate products and services by understanding member needs and presenting relevant solutions
• Maintain detailed and accurate member records and documentation in our systems
• Support loan officers and other departments with paperwork, verification, and administrative tasks
• Comply with all regulatory requirements, security protocols, and anti-fraud measures

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning new systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers and documentation
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach

• Willingness to obtain any required financial services certifications
