Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments and materials
• Accurately pick and pack customer orders for shipment
• Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and dollies
• Maintain organized, clean warehouse spaces and ensure proper storage of all inventory
• Label, track, and record inventory movements to maintain accurate records
• Load materials onto trucks and verify shipment accuracy
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain awareness of workplace protocols
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift and carry materials regularly, often up to 50 pounds
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory tracking
• Strong safety awareness and commitment to workplace protocols
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Comfort operating warehouse equipment (forklift certification a plus)
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a warehouse team
