We are representing a confidential rail technology organization in Lincoln that is seeking a Rail Programme Manager to lead nationally significant safety initiatives. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multi-project portfolios, bringing strategic structure and pace to high-priority rail safety initiatives
• Serve as the primary lead for senior partner stakeholders, building long-term trusted relationships at the C-suite level
• Drive cutting-edge technology programs from early-stage development through full execution
• Embed digital delivery tools and champion best practices across rail sector programs
• Navigate complex operational risks, clear project roadblocks, and introduce innovative ways of working
• Shape future project designs and delivery standards through strategic input
• Provide hands-on leadership across client offices and rail site locations

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in the rail sector, ideally within an operational environment
• Current Personal Track Safety (PTS) certification or ability to obtain one
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior industry leaders
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic leadership capabilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-changing, scaling environment with competing priorities
• Proactive approach to leading complex programs and solving high-level challenges
• Passion for innovation, digital tool adoption, and continuous improvement
