Radiology Tech III

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Director of Imaging Services, you'll deliver high-quality radiological care to patients of all ages. In this Radiology Tech III role, you'll operate sophisticated imaging equipment to perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures that support clinical diagnosis and patient treatment decisions.

What You'll Do

• Perform radiographic and fluoroscopic imaging procedures using ionizing radiation equipment
• Properly position patients to obtain diagnostic-quality images for accurate anatomical and physiologic evaluation
• Adhere to strict radiation safety and regulatory compliance standards to protect patients and staff
• Maintain accurate documentation of imaging procedures and ensure proper archival in the PACS system
• Communicate effectively with radiologists, physicians, and clinical teams to support patient outcomes
• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain imaging equipment to ensure departmental readiness
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a dynamic healthcare environment

What We're Looking For

• Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification or ability to obtain certification
• Active California state license as a radiologic technologist, or ability to obtain licensure
• Demonstrated expertise with radiographic and fluoroscopic imaging technology
• Working knowledge of radiation safety protocols, patient positioning techniques, and image quality standards
• Physical ability to lift patients and equipment, stand for extended periods, and work efficiently in a clinical setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to excellent patient care
• Reliability and availability to work the day shift schedule
