Quantum Computing/Cryptography Engineer

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential federal government client seeking an experienced Quantum Computing/Cryptography Engineer. In this role, you will:

• Utilize programming languages including Python, C++, and Java for quantum computing and cryptographic implementations
• Design and develop quantum algorithms and cryptographic solutions for government applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum computing capabilities into existing systems
• Research and evaluate emerging quantum technologies and post-quantum cryptographic methods
• Support secure communications infrastructure and cryptographic protocol development

What We're Looking For

• Experienced-level professional with background in quantum computing, cryptography, or related fields
• Strong programming skills in Python, C++, and Java
• Public Trust – Level 4 security clearance eligibility required
• Located in or willing to work remotely from the Lawrence, Douglas County area
