Growth Product Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI software client experiencing exceptional early-stage growth. They are seeking a Growth Product Manager based in London to drive product strategy and accelerate learning through rapid experimentation.

This role offers significant autonomy and scope. You'll own product vision for a key domain, working directly with engineering and leadership to turn ambiguous signals into clear strategy and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the quality of product bets and the speed at which the team learns from them
• Transform ambiguous customer feedback, product data, and market signals into clear problem framing and actionable product strategy
• Partner directly with engineers and founders from initiative inception, co-creating solutions rather than delivering specifications
• Validate ideas and reduce risk using interviews, prototypes, experiments, product analytics, fake doors, usability testing, and behavioural analysis
• Ship rapidly and iterate continuously, tightening the loop between learning and building
• Raise the bar of product thinking across the organization by coaching team members and introducing scalable frameworks
• Drive product vision and strategy for a dedicated product domain alongside product, growth, and leadership teams

What We're Looking For

• Expert-level domain specialization in growth product management with demonstrable A/B experimentation expertise
• Full-stack product background encompassing experimentation, analytics, and all supporting disciplines
• Systems thinking capability: deep understanding of customer journeys, conversion funnels, and feedback loops with ability to connect user behaviour to revenue outcomes
• Strong engineering partnership skills: ability to translate user insights into clear problem framing and practical tradeoffs
• Decision-oriented mindset: you recognize when sufficient signal exists to move forward and help teams make confident calls under uncertainty
• Capability-building focus: you design compounding product systems rather than isolated projects and elevate team-wide product practices
• Comfortable operating at speed with imperfect information while maintaining strong judgment and clear communication
• Ownership mentality with commitment to measurable outcomes
