Programs Administrator

About This Role

We are representing a confidential aviation safety organization seeking a Programs Administrator to support critical safety program operations. This fully remote position requires residency in the United States and involves managing enrollment, report processing, and member coordination for voluntary safety programs used across the aviation industry.

You'll provide essential administrative support for safety reporting and management systems, coordinating with program participants, conducting compliance reviews, and facilitating regular safety committee meetings. This role combines program administration with member support, requiring attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily program and technical support to participating member organizations
• Coordinate program start-up and onboarding processes for new participants
• Process safety reports across multiple program servers and maintain accurate records
• Assist with coordination and administration of Event Review Committee meetings
• Conduct required two-year reviews of program agreements, coordinating with operators and FAA Flight Standards District Offices
• Generate and submit required annual and quarterly program reports
• Maintain program documentation and administrative records in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Respond to member questions and provide ongoing program support
• Travel domestically 5-10% of the time to industry events and conferences
• Provide administrative support to executive leadership as needed

• Ability to lift objects up to 20 lbs and participate in occasional domestic travel
• Aviation industry knowledge or safety program experience is beneficial
