Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential organisation in the process analytics sector, seeking a Product Manager for their TOC (Total Organic Carbon) product line. In this role, you will:

• Manage products across the entire product lifecycle—from concept and development through market launch and ongoing optimization
• Develop compelling product strategies, market analyses, and commercialization concepts
• Serve as Product Owner, collaborating closely with development, marketing, sales, and service teams
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape, analyze technical requirements, and translate these into viable product solutions
• Manage key industry verticals and maintain relationships with B2B clients
• Deliver technical training to internal teams and customers, sharing your expertise in practical, accessible ways

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in Chemistry, Process Engineering, Physics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Knowledge of the chemical, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industries is advantageous
• Strong technical aptitude with experience in B2B marketing
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Deep understanding of technical systems and complex interrelationships
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, with the ability to work across cultures

Pay
