Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential electronics organization in Berlin seeking a Software Developer for Test Engineering. In this role, you will:
- Plan, monitor, and continuously improve test processes and test technology for in-house production and with manufacturing partners
- Advise the development team during new product development on test engineering requirements
- Implement development test specifications into series production environments
- Design, create, and introduce test adapters and test systems
- Develop automated test software and test hardware solutions
- Program test systems using LabVIEW
- Support production teams and manufacturing partners with test technology questions
- Commission and deploy new test systems
- Perform troubleshooting and error resolution in the test field
What We're Looking For
- Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, Computer Science, Medical Technology, or comparable field
- Proven experience in test engineering for electronic assemblies and electronic devices
- Deep knowledge in software development and software architecture
- Strong programming skills in LabVIEW; experience with Python and C is highly desirable
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Analytical and structured working approach
- Fluent German and good English language skills
