Production Associate- All Shifts

Kasai North America, Inc is hiring a Production Associate for all shifts at our Talladega, Talladega County facility. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on assembling high-quality automobile interior trim components that serve major automotive manufacturers.

Role Overview

As a Production Associate at Kasai North America, Inc, you'll be part of a skilled manufacturing team responsible for assembling and quality-checking automotive interior trim components. Working under the direction of a Production Supervisor, you'll perform precision assembly operations in a fast-paced production environment, ensuring each component meets strict quality and safety standards before it ships to our automotive industry partners.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Position and align parts according to assembly specifications and technical drawings
• Fasten components using appropriate methods—bolts, screws, straps, clips, cement, or specialized fasteners
• Inspect assembled trim components for defects, fit, and adherence to quality standards
• Operate assembly equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized work station and follow all safety protocols
• Report production issues and quality concerns to your supervisor promptly
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within your department

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks accurately and consistently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds regularly
• Willingness to work all shifts (including evening and overnight) as scheduled
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required
