Woven Legal LLC is hiring a full-time IP Litigation Paralegal in Doylestown, Bucks County. This is an on-site role supporting attorneys in federal patent infringement cases and trademark and copyright litigation matters.

About the Role

You'll work on complex intellectual property litigation from initial case strategy through trial and settlement. Unlike patent prosecution roles, this position focuses entirely on litigation management—federal court procedure, discovery, and trial-ready case support. You'll be the operational backbone of patent infringement matters and other IP disputes, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks in fast-moving federal cases.

What You'll Do

• Manage discovery workflows, organize document production, and maintain litigation files across patent infringement and trademark/copyright cases
• Prepare deposition notices, coordinate witness logistics, and compile exhibits and evidence for attorney review
• Research case law and IP litigation precedent; summarize court filings to support attorney briefing on federal patent law and litigation strategy
• Maintain case calendars, track federal court deadlines, and ensure compliance with Federal Rules of Civil Procedure
• Draft correspondence, motions, and procedural documents under attorney supervision
• Coordinate trial preparation, including witness databases, exhibit management, and demonstrative evidence
• Communicate with clients on case status, discovery requests, and procedural timelines

What We're Looking For

• Paralegal certification or 3+ years of litigation support experience in IP, patent, or federal civil litigation
• Solid understanding of federal litigation procedure, discovery rules, and case management workflows
• Proficiency with litigation management platforms, legal research databases, and Microsoft Office
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfort interpreting technical patent language
• Meticulous attention to detail with ability to manage multiple case deadlines simultaneously
• Collaborative mindset and flexibility to pivot with case priorities in a law firm setting
