Product Owner (m/w/d) – Customer Domain

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare technology organization in München that operates a leading B2B booking platform connecting medical professionals with healthcare facilities across Germany. Our client is seeking an experienced Product Owner to take ownership of their customer-facing platform and drive strategic product development in a high-impact marketplace environment.

This is a unique opportunity to shape products that directly influence healthcare delivery while working with modern technologies including artificial intelligence. You'll lead cross-functional collaboration and make data-driven decisions that affect one of Germany's largest medical staffing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own product development and strategy for a B2B platform serving hospitals and healthcare institutions, covering the complete journey from inquiry to booking
• Prioritize the product backlog based on customer needs, market requirements, and key product metrics
• Manage the complete product development process from discovery through delivery to successful release
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate market requirements into clear product decisions
• Analyze usage and booking data to derive actionable insights and continuously optimize the customer journey
• Drive strategic implementation of artificial intelligence capabilities within the product
• Work closely with engineering, UX design, and business teams to deliver innovative features

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as Product Owner, Product Manager, or comparable role, ideally in B2B SaaS, platform, or marketplace environments
• Proven experience developing digital products for business customers, from product discovery through user-centered design to data-driven optimization
• Strong technical understanding sufficient to evaluate architecture decisions, assess trade-offs, and discuss implementation with engineering teams as peers
• Analytical thinking, pragmatism, and structured, solution-oriented working style
• Enthusiasm for AI-powered products and modern technologies that create tangible product value
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success teams is a strong advantage
• Excellent German and fluent English language skills required
