About This Opportunity
We are representing a fast-growing technology company in the insurance sector, seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join their London team on a hybrid basis. This is a highly strategic role where you'll shape positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution for sophisticated B2B products serving a technical audience.
In this position, you'll own the product marketing strategy for core platform capabilities, balancing adoption work for an established product while driving launch readiness for a new release. You'll become the champion for a developer and technical user community, creating content and positioning that earns trust from demanding, expert audiences.
Responsibilities
- Drive deeper engagement and adoption of existing products among current users by identifying friction points and creating messaging and enablement that accelerates value realisation
- Own end-to-end go-to-market execution for a new product release, including positioning, launch materials, sales enablement, and user communications
- Accelerate early adoption by creating onboarding support and launch assets that help target users achieve first value quickly
- Become the technical community's champion by writing technical content that supports sales conversations and answering architecture questions directly
- Develop differentiated positioning and competitive intelligence that works consistently across website copy, enablement materials, and customer conversations
- Establish feedback loops between users, product teams, revenue teams, and engineering so insights directly inform messaging, prioritisation, and product direction
What We're Looking For
Essential experience:
- Proven track record leading product marketing in a B2B SaaS environment, balancing adoption work for existing products with launch readiness for new releases simultaneously
- Demonstrated success increasing engagement or adoption of a mature product using user insight to sharpen messaging, with measurable improvements in usage or qualitative feedback
- End-to-end ownership of a product launch, including internal readiness and enablement work before release
- Experience translating complex technical capabilities into credible, differentiated messaging for sceptical, technical audiences such as developers or technical evaluators
- Hands-on collaboration with Solutions Engineers or equivalent technical partners, comfortable being challenged on technical detail and earning trust across product, engineering, and revenue functions
- Practical use of AI tools with sound judgement about technical claims, applying this to improve systems like enablement or competitive intelligence
You'll thrive if you:
- Are comfortable operating in ambiguity where products, priorities, and messaging are still evolving
- Focus on detail-oriented, outcomes-driven work rather than solely on high-profile launch moments
- Can prioritise and make trade-offs without perfect information, using judgement to move work forward
- Are energised by working at pace in a high-growth environment with smart, driven colleagues
